What are your check-in & check-out times?

Our check in time is 4pm – 7pm, and our check-out time is 10am. For late arrivals or special accommodations, please contact the property.

Do you offer late checkouts?

On special circumstances when we can accommodate only.

What is your payment policy?

For stays of any length, full payment of the total charges is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover. We will send confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your payment.

Do you require a deposit?

A damage deposit of USD 250.00 will be collected before check-in

What is your cancellation policy?

Effective April 1, 2023, for any reservation cancellation, regardless of reason, all fees will be non-refundable (though you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place). Any change-of-dates request (including shortening a reservation) must be made 30 days prior to your confirmed arrival and is subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions. Within 30 days prior to arrival, no changes can be made to the reservation. After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.

What is your room occupancy policy?

Only 2 people per room are allowed in each room. No exceptions.

What is your alcohol policy?

Whether or not we sell alcohol on the premises, guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.

Are pets & service animals allowed?

Pets are not allowed at The Cottages of Laurel Brooke.

What is your guest responsibility policy?

We take pride in having exceptionally clean accommodations. While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for all damages or destruction to our property due to gross negligence. This also includes any linens, towels etc that have stains on them from guests. These items are thrown away and we will charge you the cost of these items for not being courteous during your stay.

Are you able to accommodate special requests?

Special requests are subject to availability and requests can be requested at any time. We cannot unfortunately guarantee all requests.

Can I store my luggage?

Yes, we have an office with the ability to store luggage

What is the standard time for guest resolution?

We will do our best to get back to all Guest Feedback as soon as possible

How is cell phone coverage?

All wireless networks have incredible coverage

How do guests access your WiFi?

WiFi access and password is located in each cottage.

All the Cottages are 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on property.

Keurig Coffee Makers are available in all of our cottages

Is there a fridge in my room?

All of our cottages are equipped with a mini fridge

When choosing to visit The Cottages at Laurel Brooke, you join our community. We want to make sure we are keeping our guests and employees happy and safe. The Cottage at Laurel Brooke, masks are no longer required for staff and visitors alike unless required by local or state ordinance. We remain committed to personal choice and support your individual decision to wear or not wear a mask.

How are you handling laundry and linens to ensure safety?

To ensure safety, we employ industry-leading sanitation practices, utilizing effective disinfectants on high-touch surfaces throughout the property. Our linens, including sheets and towels, are thoroughly washed at a temperature of 60°C/140°F or higher to eliminate potential pathogens. We strictly adhere to COVID-19 cleaning and disinfection guidelines established by the CDC, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and staff.
