Our check in time is anytime after 4pm, and our check-out time is 11am. For late arrivals or special accommodations, please contact the property.

Minimum check in age is 21 (proof of identification may be required).

For stays of any length, full payment of the total charges is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover. We will send confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your payment.

We require the full payment amount at the time of booking instead of a damage deposit.

Effective April 1, 2023, for any reservation cancellation, regardless of reason, all fees will be non-refundable (though you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place). Any change-of-dates request (including shortening a reservation) must be made 30 days prior to your confirmed arrival and is subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions. Within 30 days prior to arrival, no changes can be made to the reservation. After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.

Only 2 people per room are allowed in each room. No exceptions.

Whether or not we sell alcohol on the premises, guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.

Pets are not allowed at The Cottages of Laurel Brooke.

At our place, we put a lot of care into keeping everything exceptionally clean for you. We understand that accidents can occur, and we simply ask that guests kindly take responsibility for any damages caused by significant carelessness. This includes items like linens and towels; if they’re stained beyond use due to guest oversight, we’ll have to replace them and will need to charge for the cost. We appreciate your understanding and consideration during your stay with us!

To ensure safety, we employ industry-leading sanitation practices, utilizing effective disinfectants on high-touch surfaces throughout the property. Our linens, including sheets and towels, are thoroughly washed at a temperature of 60°C/140°F or higher to eliminate potential pathogens. We strictly adhere to COVID-19 cleaning and disinfection guidelines established by the CDC, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and staff.

The Cottages at Laurel Brooke is committed to accommodating the needs of all our guests, and we strive to provide visitors with as accessible a lodging experience as possible. Our hotel has the appropriate policies, best practices, and procedures in place to ensure that individuals with disabilities can make reservations for accessible guest rooms during the same hours and in the same manner as individuals who do not need accessible rooms. As part of our reservation process we:

• Modify our policies, practices, or procedures to ensure that individuals with disabilities can make reservations for accessible guest rooms during the same hours and in the same manner as individuals who do not need accessible rooms
• Identify and describe accessible features at our place of lodging and guest rooms offered through our reservations system in enough detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether a given place of lodging or guest room meets his/her accessibility needs
• Ensure that accessible guest rooms are held for use by individuals with disabilities until all other guest rooms of that type have been rented and the accessible room requested is the only remaining room of that type
