Effective April 1, 2023, all fees are non-refundable for any reservation cancellation, regardless of reason. You are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Any change-of-dates request (including shortening a reservation) must be made 30 days prior to your confirmed arrival and is subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions. Within 30 days prior to arrival, no changes can be made to the reservation. After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.

Only 2 people are allowed per room. No exceptions.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.

Pets are not allowed at The Cottages of Laurel Brooke.

We put a lot of care into keeping everything exceptionally clean for you. We understand that accidents can occur, and we ask that guests kindly take responsibility for any damages caused by significant carelessness. This includes items like linens and towels; if they are stained beyond use due to guest oversight, we will have to replace them and will need to charge for the cost. We appreciate your understanding and consideration during your stay with us.

Special requests are subject to availability and can be requested at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee all requests.

We currently do not offer daily housekeeping services. However, we do offer housekeeping services to guests staying more than 3 nights. We call it a cottage refresh. If guests of any length of stay need anything refreshed or restocked, we are happy to accommodate to the best of our abilities.

All the cottages are 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on the property.

Keurig coffee makers are available in all of our cottages.

At The Cottages at Laurel Brooke, masks are no longer required for staff and visitors alike unless required by local or state ordinance. We remain committed to personal choice and support your individual decision to wear or not wear a mask.

To ensure safety, we employ industry-leading sanitation practices, utilizing effective disinfectants on high-touch surfaces throughout the property. Our linens, including sheets and towels, are thoroughly washed at a temperature of 60°C/140°F or higher to eliminate potential pathogens. We strictly adhere to COVID-19 cleaning and disinfection guidelines established by the CDC, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and staff.

The Cottages at Laurel Brooke is committed to accommodating the needs of all our guests, and we strive to provide visitors with as accessible a lodging experience as possible. Our hotel has the appropriate policies, best practices, and procedures in place to ensure that individuals with disabilities can make reservations for accessible guest rooms during the same hours and in the same manner as individuals who do not need accessible rooms. As part of our reservation process we:

• Modify our policies, practices, or procedures to ensure that individuals with disabilities can make reservations for accessible guest rooms during the same hours and in the same manner as individuals who do not need accessible rooms.
• Identify and describe accessible features at our place of lodging and guest rooms offered through our reservations system in enough detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether a given place of lodging or guest room meets his/her accessibility needs.
• Ensure that accessible guest rooms are held for use by individuals with disabilities until all other guest rooms of that type have been rented and the accessible room requested is the only remaining room of that type
• Reserve, upon request, accessible guest rooms or specific types of guest rooms and ensure that the guest rooms requested are blocked and removed from all reservations systems.
• Guarantee that the specific accessible guest room reserved through our reservations system is held for the reserving guest, regardless of whether a specific room is held in response to reservations made by others.
